Dough Forming and Cutting

The aim of this course is to introduce learners to the processes of forming and cutting dough. This course will provide learners with knowledge and skills regarding the rotary moulding process, sheeting, gauging and cutting process, laminating process, and how to perform first line maintenance and control stock of layering powder and toppings.
